【主な業務内容】

・従業員の入退社手続き、社会保険手続き、各種規程の管理運用

・全従業員の勤怠管理(超過・不足稼働時間の管理、月次勤怠確定の促進)

・給与計算(賃金・勤怠データを用いた計算)

・衛生管理(ストレスチェック、健康診断対応)

さらに、総務や法務など幅広いバックオフィス業務にもチャレンジ可能。会社全体の動きを把握し、他部署との連携も多く、組織の「架け橋」として活躍できます。
