【募集ポジション】

新たに開設する千葉支店のオープニングメンバー【営業職】です

  • 千葉支店の土地営業職(土地開発-増員募集)

事業拡大中につき、新しい仲間を迎えます。

未経験スタートの多くの社員が活躍しており、研修制度も整っています。

【お仕事の流れ】

  • STEP.01:土地のリサーチ

マップやネット情報を用い、太陽光発電や蓄電池設置に適した土地を調査します。

  • STEP.02:地権者様へのご提案

土地所有者様へご訪問し、

「太陽光の再開発」「蓄電池の活用」などの将来性を誠実に説明します。

営業といっても『売る』営業ではなく土地を『買う』営業です。

  • STEP.03:ご成約~開発完了までのサポート

ご納得いただけたら契約締結。技術施工チームと連携しながら、発電所の完成まで伴走します。

また、業務に慣れた後は「リパワリング事業」「系統用蓄電池(BESS)開発」

など、より高度な電源開発プロジェクトにも挑戦できます。

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。
