【業務内容】

有料老人ホームにて、看護・介護スタッフと協力しながら入居者さまの健康を見守ります。服薬管理やバイタル測定に加え、体調変化時の報告・連携も担当。チームで支え合いながら働ける環境です。

【1日のスケジュール例】

8:45 出勤・朝礼

9:00 居室巡回・健康チェック

10:30 服薬管理・体調記録

12:00 昼食サポート・休憩

13:30 午後の見守り・スタッフ連携

15:30 申し送り・記録整理

17:00 退勤
