【業務内容】

有料老人ホームにて、健康管理と見守りを中心にお願いします。医療処置は少なく、ブランクのある方や家庭と両立したい方も安心して働けます。穏やかな雰囲気で、入居者さま一人ひとりに寄り添えるお仕事です。

【1日のスケジュール例】

9:00 出勤・申し送り

9:30 バイタル測定・健康観察

11:00 体調確認・記録整理

12:00 昼食見守り・休憩

13:30 午後の巡回・お話しサポート

15:30 記録・翌日準備

16:30 退勤

求める人材:

正看護師資格 または、准看護師資格

「経験が少ないけど大丈夫かな・・・」

勤務時間・曜日:

週5日/1日8時間 シフト制

※日勤がメインになりますが、早番、遅番も可能ですので、希望の方はお気軽にご相談ください

〈勤務時間例〉

早番 7:00~16:00(1h休憩)

日勤 9:00~18:00(1h休憩)

遅番 11:00~20:00(1h休憩)

休暇・休日:

平日のみ、日勤帯などご希望をお聞かせください。

シフトも選べるので、あなたに合った働き方をご提案します

(実際に働いている方の例)

・土日に予定があるため、平日週5日勤務の方

・予定が突発的に入るため、フルシフトで働いている方

・日曜日を固定で休みにし、残り1日は希望休を毎月取得している方
