【業務内容】
介護施設で、入居者さまとのコミュニケーションを大切にしながら、健康維持をサポートします。日常の声かけや体操・レクリエーション時の見守り、体調変化への早期対応など、笑顔を大切にできるお仕事です。
【1日のスケジュール例】
8:45 出勤・朝礼
9:00 体調確認・お話し対応
10:30 体操・レクリエーション見守り
12:00 昼食見守り・休憩
13:30 午後の巡回・記録作成
15:30 申し送り・報告
17:00 退勤

勤務時間・曜日:
週5日/1日8時間 シフト制
※ 時短や曜日固定などの希望もご相談ください。
〈勤務時間例〉
早番 7:00~16:00(1h休憩)
日勤 9:00~18:00(1h休憩)
遅番 11:00~20:00(1h休憩)
休暇・休日:
・平日だけ勤務したい
・〇曜日は毎週休みたい
・プライベートの用事があるため連休を取りたい
