お客様のご希望をしっかりヒアリングして物件をご提案・ご案内をお願いします

学生さんや転勤の方など、大阪で新しいお部屋を探して、ネットからお問い合わせくださったり、直接ご来店いただいたりします

お客様によって、希望される条件は全く違います。じっくりお話を伺って、その方にぴったりのお部屋をご案内してくださいね

>電話で物件の空き状況を確認

家主様に連絡して、管理物件を探します。

意外な掘り出し物やお宝物件を見つけられるかも?

>物件の写真撮影

サイトをご覧いただいたお客様にご興味を持っていただけるよう、外観やお部屋の中はもちろん、お手洗いやバスルームにベランダ、クローゼットまで物件をあらゆる角度から撮影間取りを見て妄想することが好きな方は、たまらない瞬間かも

>先輩の接客に同席

お客様が来店されたら、ご要望をしっかり伺ってピタッと来るお部屋をご案内します。

素敵な出会いのお手伝いをお願いしますね。

未経験の方でも、1~2か月程度で慣れますよ

〇普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方

勤務時間・曜日:

09:30 ~ 19:30

(休憩2時間|実働8時間)

〇残業について

基本的に19:30にお店が閉まりますので、お仕事も19:30までです

お客様の対応がない限り、残業はありません~

給与:

〈お給料について〉

月給230,000円~

\成果はしっかりカタチにインセンティブ制度あり/

売上実績に応じて、年4回のタイミングで特別手当を支給しています

◎支給実績一例をご紹介

・入社6カ月目 → インセンティブ月8万円 ⇒ 月収換算で30万円以上に

・1年経過後 → インセンティブ月14万円 ⇒ 月収37万円相当

・2年経過後(売買)→インセンティブ月50万円⇒ 月収70万円以上も

→会社の規定に基づいて支給します

→経験をお持ちでない方でも、初年度から年収450万円以上を狙えます

宅地建物取引士の資格をお持ちの方には毎月20,000円の資格手当を支給
