技術開発職
「お客様が"測りたいもの"を製品化する」お仕事です。
計測器の設計から開発・評価まで、一通りのものづくりに携わることができます。
技術開発
- 設計
「こういった商品の漏れを測定したい」というお客様の要望から製品の設計業務を行います。
要件を満たす製品の図面を起こすところからスタート
- 開発
既存の部品やセンサーを繰り合わせ、測定器としての一つのかたちを作ります。
新たな測定器をイチから開発することも。
- 評価
製品として完成後、きちんと測定できるかを検証します。
製品の納品後に営業とお客様先へ同行し、一緒に立ち会うことも。
- 市場開発
基本は営業の業務ですが、技術開発職が既存のお客様よりニーズをヒアリングし、新たな開発を行うこともあります。
<入社後の流れ>
- 本社研修(1ヶ月)
まずはビジネスマナーなどを学ぶ
新人研修や当社製品への理解を深める
技術研修を受けていただきます。
- 工場研修(3ヶ月)
実際に製品を生み出す工場での
組み立て作業などを見学し、
製品知識や当社におけるモノづくりの
流れなどを学んでいただきます。
- OJT研修
配属先に場を移し、先輩の業務のサポートからスタート。
実際に計測器を使って測定テストを行うなど、今までの研修の知識を活かしながら業務を身に付けていきます。。

入社後まずは1週間程度、
会社や事業について
基本的な知識を身につけて頂きます。
その後は仮配属先で
専門知識を学んでいきます。
いきなり漏れの専門知識やスキルが必要…
なんてことはありませんので
安心してください。

漏れに関する知識が
