ゆくゆくは同社の幹部として営業部をまとめて頂くだけではなく、経営企画、セールスマネジメント等にも携わることが出来るポジションです。
【業務内容】
東京ライフ・ワーク・バランス認定企業である同社にて、
ソリューションコンサル提案を通じた新規販路開拓/提案~顧客管理/新規パートナー開拓/管理を行う部署における幹部社員として、下記業務をお任せいたします。
■ソリューション・コンサル提案を通じた新規販路開拓
・提案~顧客管理・新規パートナー開拓
・管理を行う部署における幹部社員として事業戦略の策定
・ソリューション提案営業
・メンバー育成
■セールスマネジメント
・同社SI事業の営業組織の中で一定の権限、裁量を持った組織運営
・組織全体の目標設定
・営業戦略立案
・プロセス管理/実行の推進
■ラインマネジメント
