【仕事内容】

■AIによるデータの利活用を実現する高度なデータ連携基盤の社会実装を目指していただくポジションです。

【主な業務】

AI・データに関連する要素技術とデータスペース技術を組み合わせた、AIがデータを活用できる基盤のアーキテクチャ設計および実装

【具体的な業務】

・研究/開発チームが生成するAI要素技術(LLM、エンベディング、Rerankなど)の理解と技術要件の整理

・それらの技術をデータ/AI基盤に統合するためのアーキテクチャ設計

・データスペース技術(Gaia-X、IDS、Catena-Xなど)を活用した分散データ連携構想の設計および実装リード

・AI社会実装における非機能要件(セキュリティ、ガバナンス、運用性など)の設計

・社内外の研究開発部門や業務部門との技術的な調整

【求める人材】

【必須】

・クラウド環境(AWS/GCP/Azure)でのシステム設計/構築経験(5年以上)

・データ基盤(BigQuery、Snowflake、Redshiftなど)の設計/運用経験

・AIシステムまたはデータ活用システムの構築/導入経験

・PythonまたはGoによる開発経験

・異なる技術領域(AI、データ、アプリ、ネットワークなど)を橋渡しする設計/調整経験

【歓迎】

・AI研究やデータサイエンスの成果を活用したプロダクト化/システム化の経験

・データスペース/Gaia-X/IDSなどの国際的データ連携フレームワークの知見

・セキュリティ/ID管理/ゼロトラストなどの設計経験

・分散システム/マイクロサービスアーキテクチャの構築経験

・プロジェクトマネジメントまたは技術標準化のリード経験

【給与】

675万円~2004万円

※上記提示年収は目安です。前職の給与・スキル・年齢・経験・能力・実績等に応じて決定致します。

※コアタイム無しのスーパーフレックス制採用。毎月末最終金曜日はプレミアムフライデー。
