【仕事内容】

同社は、AIと数理最適化手法を用いてお客様の課題を解決する業務を支援する企業です。

サプライチェーン、電力、スマートシティといった社会インフラに対し、

AI技術を用いて企業のデジタル化を支援しています。

最適化エンジン/ソルバーのプログラム設計、実装、

結果レポーティング業務システムとの結合、

SaaSプロダクトの開発における最適化アルゴリズムの設計・実装などを行います。

鉄道・交通分野、電力需給計画、配船計画などの最適化ソリューション開発が案件例として挙げられます。

顧客への結果説明や要件ヒアリング、

社内データサイエンティストへの技術力向上のための教育活動も担当します。

【具体的には】

・ 最適化エンジン/ソルバーのプログラム設計、実装、結果レポーティング

・ 業務システムとの結合

・ SaaSプロダクトの開発における最適化アルゴリズムの設計・実装

・ 顧客への結果の説明や、要件のヒアリング

・ 社内のデータサイエンティストを対象にした技術力向上のための教育活動

【求める人材】

・ 数理最適化ソルバー(Gurobi SCIP etc.)を用いた実務経験

・ 数理最適化インターフェイス(gurobipy pyomo OR-Tools)を用いた実務経験

【歓迎】

・ PythonもしくはC++を用いたプログラム開発経験

・ アカデミックで数理最適化の研究をしていた経験

・ メタヒューリスティクスアルゴリズムを用いた最適化エンジンの開発経験

・ AtCoderAlgorithmレート水色以上

・ アカデミックでのヒューリスティックアルゴリズムの研究経験

・ プロジェクトマネジメントの経験

・ 外国籍の方の場合は、N2以上の日本語スキル

・ AWS等のクラウド環境での開発経験

・ 電力、配船、鉄道・交通といったドメインに対する知識

【給与】

年収800~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
