  • 人事・税務・社保労務関係事務・勤怠管理
  • 給与・賞与計算(勤怠データのチェック・給与計算・システムへの入力 など)
  • 監査対応・各種資料作成等事務

当施設における労務事務をお任せします。

今回募集するのは介護現場で活躍するスタッフが安心して業務に専念できるよう支える役割。

介護現場を支えるスタッフをサポートする役割なので多くの仲間に感謝されるお仕事です。

仕事に悩んでいるときに話を聞いてくれるような世話好きな仲間が多いので、

馴染むのに時間はかからないと思いますよ。

<勤務先について>

配属先は、横浜市戸塚にある『高齢者介護総合センター 聖母の園』。昭和22年に設立された歴史あるカトリック系老人ホームで、緑あふれる広大な敷地にあります。

当施設には、介護士・看護師はもちろん、調理師・栄養士・事務スタッフと様々な職種の方が昼夜問わず働いています。

募集人数・募集背景


事務職員の労務部門に欠員が出る予定です。労務部門に増員し、事務職は事務長を始め、経理部門常勤2名、労務部門常勤2名、派遣2名と体制強化をします。なお、あなたの入社後も、派遣社員は引き続き勤怠管理をサポートいたします。

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 191300円 ~ 249300円

月給:19万1300円~24万9300円

※令和3年度賞与実績:3.7ヶ月分

※上記金額は最低保証の金額です。初任給は、経験・能力を考慮して加給優遇いたします。

※残業代は全額支給いたします。

  • 対象者には【家族手当】【住宅手当】【交通費】を毎月支給します。
  • 処遇支援手当 月5000円(収入によって変動あり)
  • 賞与とは別に処遇改善加算を支給します。(令和5年6月の処遇改善加算実績:12万9000円※前年度収入で変動あり)
