What We Are Looking For
University Graduate in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT or relevant technical or Engineering stream is preferred
Customer oriented
Takes the initiative and ownership for tasks and responsibilities given to them
Flexible and adaptable to change
With good technical knowledge in IT / Telecommunications Network infrastructure engineering.
Someone who thrives on teamwork
Ability to think and act proactively and logically
Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English

業務内容
What You'll Be Trusted With
Under the guidance of management, the Graduate Engineer Trainee will rotate through different roles to perform various tasks related to Colt Network and services.
Shadowing senior staff members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible.
Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.
