仕事内容:

〇事務・管理業務:各案件で稼働している講師の稼働管理・請求書の発行・処理、契約書や注文書の送付・受取対応など

〇公募・入札関連業務::自治体や官公庁案件(公募)における応募資格の取得・更新管理、入札に関わる必要書類の整備・提出サポート

〇運営サポート業務:個人向け講座の申し込み対応・管理、状況に応じた受講者・企業担当者からの問い合わせ対応

その他、定型業務だけでなく、事業拡大に直結する重要な手続きにも携われます。

正確かつスピーディーな事務処理で、組織の成長を支えてくださる方を求めています。

【入社後のサポート体制】

入社直後は先輩社員のOJTをメインに業務に慣れて頂きます。週次または月次で1on1の実施と、入社後1年間はメンタリング面談を実施します。Slack、Googlemeetを活用しながら、不明点を聞いて頂いたり、事業部で共通の出社日を設けていますので、対面でもコミュニケーションを取りながら、サポートしていきます。

【事業部の紹介】

AI教育事業部では「AIジョブカレ」というサービス名の下、人材育成・知識補填のためのAI・DX研修を展開しています 。現在、サービス提供先としては法人(自治体・企業・学校)・個人両方に対し、レベル感や課題感に応じて様々な研修を提供させて頂いています。今回の求人では、事業部の円滑な運営を裏側から支えて頂けるバックオフィスを募集します。管理・事務業務を主体的に推進していただきつつ、チームの状況や繁忙に応じて、クライアント対応などのCS業務も柔軟にサポートしていただくことがあります。

求める人材:

事業会社での事務、または営業アシスタントの実務経験(2年以上目安)

・契約書、請求書、発注書などの帳票作成・管理の実務経験

・官公庁や自治体の入札案件(プロポーザル等)に関わる事務処理の経験

・教育業界や人材研修会社での講座運営サポート経験

・IT業界、またはAI・DX領域への興味・関心

勤務時間・曜日:

09:00 ~ 18:00( 休憩 60 分)
