職務内容
クラウド製品や社内ITシステムの運用・保守業務
ユーザー管理(登録・削除・権限変更)および問い合わせ対応
各種告知や通知の実施、関連ドキュメント・マニュアルの作成・更新
サポート業務に関する運営マニュアルの管理
業務プロセス改善に向けたヒアリングや試験運用への協力
理想の人材
クラウド製品のサポート業務経験
運用・保守に必要なドキュメント作成スキル
業務改善やプロセス設計への協力姿勢
日本語での業務遂行が可能
