【人材コーディネーター】未経験OK土日祝休み/月給25万円以上

具体的な仕事内容

  • 担当エリアの企業や事業所を定期訪問し『こういう人を採用したい』『将来の事業に向けて採用したい』などをヒアリング。

  • 求職者の方と面談、仕事を探している方に希望条件やスキルをヒアリングし、キャリアアドバイスを行います。

  • 派遣就労スタッフの方との定期面談を通し、アフターフォローを行います。

  • 熊本県内の担当地区を訪問して頂きます。

勤務時間


総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

・勤務曜日:月・火・水・木・金

・勤務時間:

[1] 09:00~18:00

・最低勤務日数(週):5日

毎週水曜日は、原則定時退社となります。

時間外労働は、月に15時間程度を目安に行っています

休日

  • 年間休日120日年間カレンダーあり。
  • 週休2日制(土日・祝日)※年3回程度、土曜日出勤の可能性があります

給与


日給月給 25万円~32万円

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり4万5000円~5万5000円(固定残業時間:25時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

法定内残業時間:25時間

交通費:交通費支給

上限15,000円

給与例


月給:25万円 ~ 28万円 + 諸手当 + 賞与年2回

※年齢、経験、能力を考慮の上、優遇します。

※上記には固定残業代(25時間/3.5~5万円分)が含まれます。

※25時間超過分は別途支給します。

※3ヶ月~6ヶ月間の試用期間あり(月給21万円~23万円)

初年度の年収例

350万円~400万円
