【仕事内容】

MaaS基盤におけるシステム企画・開発において、多数の基盤とのコラボレーションを前提としたシステム企画の立案からシステムの要件定義、技術選定、ベンダのマネジメントなどの業務をお任せします。

入社後は、現在メインで動いているシステムアーキテクチャーの補佐から入り、キャッチアップしていただいたのち、特定領域のリードを担っていただく想定です。

その他、各種MaaS施策全般において、ITプロフェッショナルとしてお客様と接し、プリセールスからプロジェクトマネジメントまでを幅広く担当しきます。

<具体的な仕事内容>

・MaaS基盤全体のソリューションの調査検討、システム企画立案と開発計画の策定、及びウォーターフォール開発におけるプロジェクト運営

※ITベンダとチームを組み、各種プロジェクトの要件定義から設計、テスト、リリース、運用保守まで一貫して手がけます。

・複数の外部ベンダに対する開発ディレクション、マネジメント

※デジタルチケット基盤や、API基盤など開発する基盤において、複数のベンダが関わっています。システムに対する要求を各ベンダのスコープに技術的に分解した上で、ベンダ折衝をしていただきます。

・外部アライアンス先への提供と当社内のDX、システムコラボレーションの両輪を含めたシステムデザイン設計

・鉄道7社で形成する関西MaaS協議会、外部アライアンス先、社内の事業部門との協議・折衝

※外部との折衝業務がメインではありませんが、必要に応じて説明・協議に関わっていく機会があります。

■システム開発経験に基づく技術力をベースに、ビジネス要件の整理及びシステムアーキテクトの具現化、並びにマルチベンダ各社のスコープ設計を行うため、以下の経験・スキルが必須です。

・システム開発における要件定義・設計などの上流工程設計経験:3年以上

・顧客およびベンダとの折衝経験

・さまざまなステークホルダーと連携して事業を進めるコミュニケーション力
