職務内容
CFO領域の様々な課題について、高度な会計知識とグローバルの最新のソリューションをもとに解決策を提示し、顧客と一緒に改善活動を行っていただきます。

具体的には次のような事項を含みます。

・経営指標の設定や経営管理業務全般の変革および改善

・予算や予測の仕組み等の管理会計制度および業務の抜本的な改革

・IFRSを含む制度会計変更を契機とした、グループ全体の管理体制強化と業務プロセス改善

・IA(インテリジェントオートメーション)等のデジタルテクノロジーを活用した経理業務プロセス改革

・経理財務部門の変革ビジョン策定、グループ経理体制の見直しと機能再配置

・トレジャリー機能における資金効率化、財務リスク管理、業務効率化の検討支援

・そのほかグローバルのFinance Strategy & Transformation チームと連携したソリューション開発及びグローバル開発ソリューションの日本展開に関わっていただきます。

・IFRS導入及び国内・海外子会社展開

・製品別損益管理の業務要件定義・システム導入

・予算・原価管理制度改革支援

・経理情報高度化の海外展開支援

・トレジャリーマネジメント高度化検討支援

・CEO意思決定サポート情報の体制構築・プロセス整備

・電子化によるペーパーレス化と働き方改革

・欧米本社におけるIFRS導入の日本展開

・欧米本社におけるレポーティング標準化・プロセス改善の日本展開 等

役割及び責任
<コンサルタント及びシニアコンサルタント>

管理者の指導のもと、次の作業をしていただきます。

・経理及び経営管理体制とプロセスの分析

・抽出課題に対する解決策の検討

<マネジャー以上>

・プロジェクトにおけるスケジュール、要員、予算、成果物及びスコープの管理

・コンサルタント及びシニアコンサルタントへの作業指示・品質レビュー

・新規案件受注に向けた提案活動

応募資格
必須要件
・コンサルティングファーム、事業会社の経理部門もしくは経営企画部門における2年以上の実務経験または同等の経験

・論理的思考力、問題解決能力

・会計基礎知識(簿記2級程度)

・2年以上のプロジェクト管理経験(マネジャー以上の候補者の場合)

・日本語能力(ビジネス使用に支障のないレベル)

評価される知識と経験
・公認会計士・米国公認会計士・簿記1級相当

・経営企画及び経理部門における予算編成や業績管理に関する業務経験

・製造業企業における工場(原価)管理に関する業務経験

・チームリーダーとしての経験

・グローバルチームへの参画経験

・ビジネス英語(グローバル案件を希望する場合、ビジネス会話に支障がないレベル)

マネジャー未満:年収595万円〜 (固定残業50時間分を含む)

マネジャー以上:年収1040万円〜

コンサルティング業務 (変更の範囲)当社の指定する業務

【就業時間】

9:15〜17:15(マネジャー未満は左記を標準時間とするフレックスタイム制(コアタイムは9:00〜17:00のうち3時間))

【休憩時間】

1時間(業務に支障のない範囲で従業員の決定に委ねる)

土曜日、日曜日、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日から1月4日まで)、その他会社の指定する日
