高難度かつスケールの大きな内装工事での施工管理をお任せします

【お仕事内容】

(雇入れ直後)

オフィスやホテルを中心とした内装工事の施工管理業務をお任せします。

本人の経験とスキル、適性を考慮して最適な現場を担当していただきます。

・施主との面談・打合せ、見積もり作成

・施工図の作成

・工程管理

・安全管理

・品質管理

・原価管理 など

<職場環境>

建築工事部には現在36名が在籍。

品質管理は公的な標準仕様書に加え、当社独自のものも複数用意。

今までのノウハウが詰まった内容なので知識・スキルアップにつながります

各拠点に最低月1回本社の管理職が出向き、

安全管理に関する定期的な指導や各現場のフォローなどを実施しています。

<徹底した安全管理>

どの現場でも言えることですが、安全管理は非常に大切。

各現場ごとに担当者が事故や周辺住民への配慮等の対策を考え実行。

現場にあった対応を行っています。

・搬入関係や道路上での作業時、歩行者と作業者の分離を明確にする

・作業現場と材料の移動ルートを明確にする など

大きな作業を行う際は、関係業者と協力し一軒一軒を回り、事情を説明。

こうした地道で丁寧な対応を繰り返したおかげで、施工完了後に近隣住民の方々から

「毎回説明に来て大変だったでしょ。ありがとうね」と労いの言葉をいただいたこともあります。

資格

  • 必須条件

・施工管理の経験(目安5年程度)

  • 歓迎条件

・主任技術者経験者

・1級・2級建築施工管理技士

・1級・2級管工事施工管理技士

・1級・2級建築士

・ゼネコン・サブコンで請負・新築工事経験のある方

・RC造の商業施設・オフィスビル設計施工経験のある方

実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

9:00~18:00 (休憩時間1時間)

※直行直帰OK

入社半年後よりフレックスタイム制度が適用(標準労働時間1日8時間)

1級施工管理技士有資格者:月給27万円~49万8,000円

資格なし:月給22万8,000円~40万3,000円

月給 23万円以上

(一律手当を含む)

月給:23万円~40万5,000円

※試用期間中は月給22万8,000円~40万3,000円

【1級施工管理技士有資格者】

月給:27万2,000円~50万円

※試用期間中は月給27万円~49万8,000円

※上記はどちらも残業代は全額別途支給します。

また、経験・所有資格・能力を考慮の上、給与を決定いたします。
