【業務内容】

電子事業本部では、ICパッケージ基板の開発から生産までを一貫して行っています。 事業推進部は、セールス機能とアドミ機能を融合させた全体の司令塔を担っており、その中で事業戦略グループは、イビデンの生産能力を最大化させることで、短期・中長期での売上および利益の拡大をミッションとしています。

これまでのIE(インダストリアルエンジニアリング)の知見を活かし、設備生産能力の最大化に向けた管理業務を行っていただきます。 設備生産能力は、生産タクト(製品1個を生産するのに要する目安の時間)と設備稼働時間によって決定されます。 具体的には、現状の設備生産能力を把握した上で、生産のボトルネックを特定し、改善に向けた施策を起案。関係部署と連携しながら、業務を推進していただきます。

・IEなど、製造業にて生産性改善に関する業務経験をお持ちの方

・当事者意識持って主体的に動ける行動力

待遇

【給与】

モデルケース 大学卒 30歳:550万円/年

*経験年数:8年、時間外労働20時間/月含む

大学卒 35歳:670万円/年(裁量労働制)

*経験年数:13年、扶養家族1名

※一定の職位以上は、裁量労働制を適用 (目安600万円~)

裁量労働手当(20時間/月の残業に相当)及び職務手当あり

※試用期間は、裁量労働制を適用しないため、残業時間に応じて支給

※通勤手当(距離に応じたガソリン代支給、公共交通機関の定期代実費支給)

※公共交通機関、自転車、徒歩通勤の場合、ECO通勤手当支給

【雇用形態】

正社員(試用期間3ヶ月)

【休日休暇】

・年間休日:123日

土日祝 (完全週休二日制)、GWなどの長期休暇あり

・有給休暇:正社員登用時に6-20日付与※入社日により付与日数変動

・その他の休暇(ストック休暇制度、リフレッシュ休暇制度 等)

【定年年齢】

・65歳

※定年年齢を段階的に引上げており2029年に65歳となります
