イオンモール熱田店での飲食店スタッフから始める店長候補募集
未経験からマネジメントを学べる環境が整っています

①接客・調理業務からスタート
フランチャイズ加盟店舗にて接客対応や調理業務を担当し、基本的な店舗運営を学んでいただきます。
②タニザワ大学での本格研修
就業時間中に専門研修を受講できます。社会人基礎力やチェーンストア運営の専門知識、目標管理スキルを体系的に習得します。
③将来の店舗管理職へ
研修を通じてマネジメントスキルを身につけ、店舗の数値管理やスタッフ育成を行う管理職へとステップアップしていただきます。
④自由度の高い働き方
店長になると始業・終業時刻や労働時間を自分で決めることができ、ライフステージに応じた働き方の調整が可能です。

■人材育成や風土改革などダイナミックな仕事に比例するやりがい。
学生時代に外食店でのアルバイト経験があり、外食産業への就職を志望。ただ外食での仕事は厳しいと聞いており、不安はありました。そんな時、タニザワフーズで働く女性店長と話をする機会があり、店長がとても楽しそうに働いていたことと、私の悩みにもじっくり耳を傾けてくれたことが印象的で、この店長のように働きたいと思い、入社を決めました。以来、店舗間で異動を経験し、店長経験を経て現在は2店舗を統括するエリアマネジャーに。各店舗の店長の育成をメインに店舗状態の管理や数値管理を行っていす。
■実績が評価される
店長になって2年目に、「タニザワ大賞」を受賞しました。これは新規顧客数の増加、新鮮な商品の提供、パートナー採用と定着の状況など、店舗運営の全ての要素が評価対象となります。受賞を機にさらに自分で店舗を動かすことにやりがいを感じるようになりました。その後エリアリーダーになると、今度は店長が自ら目標を設定し、管理できるように育てなければなりません。スタッフ全員が同じ目標に向かうことの難しさを痛感しています。まずは店長とのコミュニケーションを重視し、毎月、計画的に各店舗を巡回し、店長の話をしっかり聞くようにしています。
■マルチブランドのメリット
店長やスタッフとよりよい店舗づくりへの目標を共有することで、全員のやる気も店舗の雰囲気も変わり、想像以上の成果が出た時は嬉しいですね。現在全AM会議が月に1回あるのですが、ブランド毎で状態が異なるため、情報共有や交換を行い、いいところはとり入れています。こういうことが可能なのは、多ブランド展開している会社ならではのメリットの大きさを実感しています。今後は他のブランドにも挑戦し、違う考え方にもふれていきつつ、視野を広げていきたいと思います。
