【職務内容】
コマーシャルガバナンスを強化するために、業務運営の効果的な管理と統制を確立していただきます。これには、意思決定の指導や業務プロセスの改善を通じて運営効率を向上させること、文書管理を主導すること、そして現場運営を改善・最適化することが含まれます。これにより、持続可能な成長を支え、同社の社会的責任を果たすことを目指します。
下記の業務を実施するチームのリーダーとして、チームメンバーの管理および育成
・Business Operation Committee (BOC)の書記として、BOC議長をサポートし会議の運営をリードする。
・同社においてコマーシャルガバナンスの観点から確立または改善が必要な部門横断的な業務プロセスを導入し、改善します。
・FFG(Fit for Growth)コーディネーターとして、FFGリーダーシップチームを支援し、意識向上や内部ルール・ガイドライン・ポリシーの策定をサポートします。
・非GxP文書の管理者として、主にSOP(標準業務手順書)を含む非GxP領域の文書を管理していただきます。
・営業部門向けの管理サポートの維持・改善
業務委託先であるSAS(Sales Admin Support)チームの運営が含まれます(イベント申請、購買発注、経費精算の確認などの業務)。
販売拠点、車両、社宅に関する総務業務をT&CS(Travel & Car Services)と連携して行います。
その他、現場関連の管理業務プロセスについても担当していただきます。
