Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the IT industry, particularly in the Japanese market.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as an
Account Manager
, building long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Maintain regular communication with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Execution
- Manage the entire
sales cycle
, including negotiation, proposal preparation, and closing deals. - Develop and present business proposals, solutions, and case studies for prospective clients.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams in Vietnam to provide seamless solutions to clients.
Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
Requirements
- International Sales
- Japanese
- English
Must-Have
- Minimum
6 months
of experience in
IT Sales
for the Japanese market. - Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher)
. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to identify, approach, and convert leads into long-term clients.
Preferred
- Experience in
International Sales
or
Account Management
roles. - Proficiency in
English
is a plus. - Attractive appearance is considered a bonus.
