【ポジション】

施工管理職(現場のマネジメント)

【主なお仕事について】

・管理組合との打ち合わせや説明会への出席

・工事施工計画の立案と工程書の作成

・準備工・仮設物の設置管理

・協力会社のメンバー構成と安全管理

・ITツールを活用した全工程管理

・資材の発注と予算管理

・竣工図書等工事完成書類の作成

・竣工検査の立ち会いと是正対応

・引渡し後のアフターメンテナンス提供

マンション・集合住宅・商業ビル・公共施設等の大規模修繕工事を担当し、100世帯以上、金額7千万〜数億円規模の現場がメインです。

勤務時間・曜日:

・標準的な勤務時間帯:8:00~17:00

・休憩時間:120分

・1年単位の変形労働時間制(週平均労働時間:40時間00分)

※DX化の推進により残業時間の削減・改善を行っています。

※最終面接、研修、およびショールームは千葉本社(船橋市)となります。

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,000,000 〜 ¥7,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
