マンション内のお掃除やゴミの分別、

受付での居住者&来客対応といった業務をお任せします。

キレイな空間を維持するための日々のお掃除や、

植栽の管理、巡回など、基本的にはコツコツ作業。

仕事内容

新築分譲マンションの初代管理員として、居住者対応や清掃をお任せします。

【具体的には…】

[1]受付及び巡回

来客来客対応、居住者対応など

[2]報告及び連絡業務

業務日報の記入、会社への報告など

[3]共用部の日常清掃及びゴミ捨て作業

ほうきとちりとりを使用した掃き掃除、

ぞうきんでの拭き掃除、

ゴミ庫の整理・ゴミの分別・搬出など

難しい機械を使用する清掃はありません

[4]植栽の管理

[5]設備点検及び業者立会業務

消防設備点検の立会い、修繕の立会いなど

‥研修について‥

1週間程度、指導員と一緒に勤務しながら覚えていただきます。

丁寧に教えますので、初めての方もご心配なく

また、こちらのマンションは管理員2名・清掃員4名の複数名体制となります。

皆さんで協力・分担しながら勤務を進めていただきます。

給与


時給1300円

埼玉県和光市白子2-11(地番)

国道254号線(川越街道)沿いのゴルフ練習場跡地

・東京メトロ有楽町線・副都心線「地下鉄成増駅」1番出口より徒歩11分

・東武東上線「成増駅」南口より徒歩12分

・各線「和光市駅」南口より徒歩23分

勤務曜日・時間


月火水木金土日 9:00~17:00/休憩1時間(実働7時間)

  • 週4日(28時間)勤務

3日連続勤務3連休3日連続勤務の繰り返しとなります。

例)月火水(勤務)木金土(休み)日月火(勤務)水木金(休み)土日月(勤務)

  • 管理員2名ローテーション勤務

資格・経験


未経験者可

マンション管理員/受付/クリーンスタッフ/軽作業/管理人経験者は尚可

ハローワークやアルバイト/パートでお仕事探し中の方もぜひ

60歳以上応募可能

  • レンタルルームの予約など、パソコンを用いる業務があります。
