■同社において、自社ブランドマンションの設計業務に携わっていただきます。
【具体的には】
■同社がデベロッパーとして建設する分譲マンション「ポレスターシリーズ」の設計ディレクションが主となります。
■同社が事業主ですので、「施主の指示どおりに設計しなければならない」といったことはありません。同社が基準にしているクオリティを満たすものであれば、ご自身のアイデアやデザイン力を活かすことができます。各設計事務所、または社内の開発部や営業部と連携しながら、基本設計から実施設計までのディレクション業務をお任せします。
■今後の展望として自社分譲マンション以外にもホテル、寮、オフィスビル等のPJにもチャレンジしていく予定です。
