施設理念は『みんなに福が来る』です。
瀬戸市の木であるくろがねもちは、
東海地方では別名「福来柴(ふくらしば)」
とも呼ばれています
これが施設名の由来となっております。
くろがねもちは縁起の良い木と言われています。

\全居室に見守りセンサー導入/
ベットにマットにセンサーがついていて
入居者様が動いたらタブレットで分かるようになっています
タブレットで部屋の利用者様の様子も見れるので
見回りの回数なども削減できるよう仕組みを整えています
「人の役に立ちたい」という気持ちがあれば大丈夫です
将来、親や配偶者の介護を見据えて
介護を学びたいという方も多いですよ。
主婦さんは普段の家事スキルを生かせます
充実した研修制度で未経験の方も安心
教育や研修は充実しており、
「見て覚えて」という教え方はしません。

介護技術のスキルUPではユニットごとで
「どうしたら力を使わずに移動できるのか?」
「入居者様との向き合い方」などを
リーダーやユニットメンバーが教えています。
業務量も精査されているので「忙しいから教えられない」などはありません
年齢や個性を考慮して配属先のユニットを考えので、
相談しやすい環境を作れるようにしています
施設での研修だけでなく法人の研修もあります
違う施設の同期と顔を合わせて研修を受けるので、
普段なかなか会うことができない同期とも
直接会って近況報告や悩みなど…話せたりします
キャリアアップのためにリーダー研修なども実施しています
マネジメントについてなども研修しているので、
メンバーを見る立場になった時も法人でサポートしています。

A「2月の後半から新施設の見学ができます
3月からは新施設で働くことができます
それまでは近隣の施設での勤務も可能です」

A「はい車・バイク通勤も可能です」
Q「本当に資格もないですし、未経験ですが大丈夫ですか?」
A「大丈夫です資格も入社後資格支援制度を使って取得ができます
施設での研修もあるので安心してください
本部での研修も定期的にあるのでキャリアアップも可能です」
