Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver scalable, high-performance backend solutions.
Collaborate with bilingual teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication in Japanese and English.
Drive technical design, code reviews, and best practices for backend and API development.
Technical Skills
Backend Development:
Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, RESTful API design and implementation.
Frontend Integration:
Working knowledge of JavaScript for seamless integration with backend services.
Database Expertise:
Proficient in writing complex SQL queries in Oracle Database.
API Development:
Experience in designing and managing secure, efficient APIs for enterprise applications.
Application Servers:
Hands-on experience with WebLogic Server for deployment and configuration.
Frameworks:
Preferably familiar with Spring Boot for building production-grade backend services.
Additional Skills:
Understanding of performance tuning, scalability, and security best practices.
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
