【職務内容】
- Siemens EDAのビジネス拡大を推進するため、実践的な技術専門知識を活用
- 製品評価時に営業チームの一員として顧客と直接連携し、技術的なマイルストーンの達成
- 優先事項の調整のため、世界中のチームとの効果的なコミュニケーション
- 技術的なカスタマーサービスを提供し、顧客関係構築と改善を通じて長期的な顧客満足度を確保
- エリア営業管理。アカウントチーム、顧客と密接に連携し、ビジネス機会と要件の理解
- 技術的な障害のトラブルシューティングと解消を行い、新機能や製品アップデートに関する技術プレゼンテーションの実施
- FPGAプロトタイピング製品開発チームにフィードバックと製品アイデアの提供および製品の改良
- 顧客の技術要件をマーケティング担当へ伝達
- 顧客との信頼関係の構築
■応募要件
▼知識
・電子回路チップおよびシステムの設計、検証、シミュレーション、プロトタイピングにおける6年以上の経験
▼技術
・FPGA設計およびFPGAツール(Xilinx Vivado、Altera Quartus)の業界経験は必須
・EDAツール、フロー、メソドロジーの経験
・プロトタイピングシステムの経験は強く望ましい
・SystemVerilog、Verilog、VHDLのRTL設計経験
・ASICおよび/またはFPGA実装経験(合成、配置配線)
・SystemVerilog、SystemC、またはC/C++を使用した検証経験
・RTL設計のデバッグ
・現在使用されているスクリプト言語に精通していること(例:Perl、Python、各種シェルスクリプト/Makefile、XML、JSONなど)

■学歴
・高等専門学校、もしくは大学卒業以上
(電気工学、コンピュータ工学、コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の学士号または修士号が望ましい)
■言語力
▼英語:英語への抵抗がない方 (英文技術文章の理解、主にメールでの海外開発チームとのコミュニケーション)
▼日本語:日本語能力試験 N1以上

・品川オフィス

■待遇
・支払い日:毎月25日
・年俸(基本給年額+ターゲットインセンティブとの合算):800~1200万円(月額給与は基本給年額の12分の1)
※ご経験・お持ちのスキルにより年棒は柔軟に検討します
・裁量労働の月額基本給には深夜勤務40時間分、休日勤務8時間分の手当を含む
・賞与は(雇用契約書)に準ずる
・退職金制度:企業型確定拠出年金制度
