車両生産ラインにおける車両コンフィギュレーション及びテストシステム "VCATS"
導入にかかる技術的サポート及びプロジェクト管理
海外拠点と連携しながら日本の自動車メーカーの工場へのシステム導入を支援
- 自動車メーカーの生産ラインで実行される製造診断テストシーケンスの作成
- 診断用ハードウェアおよびソフトウェアのオンサイトでのテストと展開
- テスト結果の報告および文書化
- オフィスおよびオンサイトでのテストシーケンスのテストと検証
- オンサイト(出張)は50%程度
- 工場での新型車両立ち上げ準備への参画
- プロジェクトのあらゆるフェーズで、他のメンバーからの支援を最小限または全く受けずに現地で問題を解決する
- 顧客向けの文書作成およびトレーニングの提供
- ユーザー要件文書の準備
- 内部および外部のステークホルダーとの良好なコミュニケーション
- 顧客システムとの連携(例:今後のソフトウェア展開に向けた変更要求の作成と管理)
- JIRAを使用したタスク管理
- QA(品質保証)および生産サーバーへのランタイムのインストール、顧客が新しいOSやSQLデータベースサーバーに移行する際のサポート
- 検証テスト用の工場特有のネットワーク(テスター/サーバー)のセットアップと設定
- サーバー管理のウェブベースツールのセットアップ、テスト、検証
- SQLデータベースに対してSQLスクリプト(ストアドプロシージャやスキーマのアップグレード)クエリを実行
- 検証テスト文書の作成および更新。
- QA(品質保証)および生産リリースレビューへの参加。

[出張要件]
顧客サイト(山口県)や海外(中国、イギリス)への出張があります。割合としては50%程度と比較的高い頻度が想定されます。
資格
必須(MUST)
- Windows 7(32/64ビット)、Windows 10(32/64ビット)、Windows 11(32/64ビット)の実務知識
- VMWAREおよびVirtual Boxアプリケーションツールの実務知識(新しいテスト環境プラットフォームを作成するために使用)
- Windowsのバックグラウンドサービスに関する理解
- Windowsネットワーキング(TCP/IPおよびDHCP)の基本的な知識と理解
- 発生した問題を特定し、デバッグする能力
- 自身のワークロードを設定、管理、計画できる能力
歓迎(want)
- 車両診断に関する知識と理解(KWP2000、ISO14230、ISO15765、J1939、ISO14229、ISO13400など、少なくとも1つの自動車診断プロトコル)
- WiresharkおよびCANログ(DoIPおよびCAN)に関する知識
- 配線図及び電気回路図に関する知識と理解
- ECUのOEM要件および診断に関する深い理解(例:ECUソフトウェアダウンロード、コンフィグレーション)
- ODXおよびOTXに関する知識
- Microsoft SQL Serverに関する知識
- XMLファイルに関する知識
- JIRAの実務知識
- Bosch車両モデルVSIシミュレーターツールの使用に関する知識
