仕事内容


工事現場がスムーズに進むかどうかは、

実は「始まる前の準備」と「日々の管理」でほとんど決まります。

この仕事は、現場の最前線に立つ施工管理や職人さんを、

管理・事務の面から支えるポジションです。

入社後はまず、

先輩と一緒に工事の流れを学ぶところからスタート。

工事写真の整理や書類作成補助など、

比較的取り組みやすい業務からお任せします。

【慣れてきたらお任せする主な業務】

工事に関する各種書類の作成・管理

図面の確認、ファイリング

工事写真の撮影・整理

必要な部材や資材の発注・手配

現場と事務所の情報共有

といった業務を少しずつ担当していきます。

自分が準備した書類や部材があるからこそ、

現場は止まらず、安全に工事が進みます。

完成後に

「段取りしてくれて助かったよ」

と声をかけてもらえることも多く、

裏方ながら確かなやりがいを感じられる仕事です。

基本給:月給 23万円 〜 25万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万200円 〜 3万2800円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
