Job Description目標・目的
製造計画、SAP原材料の調達・購買・在庫管理・廃棄業務、倉庫管理、SAPシステム管理ならびに関連業務(GMP業務含む)を行う
安定的な生産を実現するための製造グループ全般の業務ならびに関連部門の支援を行う
継続的改善による生産性向上の提案と計画の立案を行う
商用品およびサンプルの輸出入業務の支援を行う
SAPシステムに関する問題のトラブルシューティングを行う
労働災害を防止するために労働環境安全衛生を推進し、その活動を管理する
職場活性化のための人材育成とオープンカルチャーの推進を行う
業務責任(Accountabilities)
割り当てられた人数、経費、設備で生産管理を計画・管理する
GMP遵守、SOPの徹底、および5S(整理、整頓、清掃、清潔、しつけ)の実施により、人為的ミスの低減、製品/仕掛品の保管、製造記録などの文書管理、バリデーション業務の管理、製造設備の管理を実施する
GMP、品質ポリシー、コンプライアンス/規制に対する義務を遵守する
生産活動を実施するために、与えられたトレーニングを規定通りに完了させる
GMPトレーニングの実施とCAPAによる逸脱の回避を行う
トラブルの根本原因を調査し、人的・経済的・社会的被害を最小限に抑えるために、関連部門と連携しトラブルシューティングを実行する
所属するグループのKPI進捗を管理する
安全で作業者に優しい環境を確保するために、不安全作業・不安全行為を排除する
安全かつ効率的に業務を遂行するための手順を実行する
部やグループ目標やタケダイズムを達成するために、その他関連する業務を行う
