職務内容
ワクチン製造に係る以下の業務を担当していただきます。
- バリデーション業務(計画書/報告書の作成/照査を含む)
- Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP)・品質保証に係る薬事規制と製造現場の比較分析および改善対応に係るマネジメント
- GMP製造・技術に係る変更管理
- 製造工程にて発生した逸脱の調査および是正予防措置の立案
- 製造に関する文書(手順書/製造指図記録書)の作成/照査
- 規制当局査察、社内外監査における製造部門の支援

薬学、理学、化学、農学など理系科目専攻
<実務経験>
【必須要件】
- ワクチンを含むバイオ医薬品の製造および/または技術に係る業務経験(5年以上)
【望ましい要件】
- 部下指導の経験、マネジメント経験等(規模不問)
- 品質保証に係る業務経験
- 薬事規制の動向を認識し、現業へ反映させた経験
- 規制当局による査察、社内外監査への対応等の経験
【語学】
- 英語業務使用経験(TOEIC700点クラスが望ましい)

Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
