    光工場製薬部は、高血圧症治療剤、消化性潰瘍治療剤、抗がん剤等、タケダが誇る医薬品の原薬を生産しています。それらは、様々な化学反応工程や精製工程をコンピュータシステムで制御するなど、高度な製薬技術を駆使して、厳密な工程管理のもとに生産しています。

    職務内容

    原薬に関する製造作業全般

  • サンプラー 原薬製造に関するサンプリング
  • 原薬製造に関わる設備点検、部品交換、定期検査などの設備管理
  • 原薬製造に関する製造記録の記入(DCS、MES操作含む)
  • 原薬製造エリアの設備機器の清浄度維持管理
  • 原薬製造における諸問題の是正措置の設定と解決
  • Function Leaderとの積極的、効果的なコミュニケーション
  • 全てのcGMP, コンプライアンス、規制、品質要求事項の遵守
  • AGILE活動を通した継続的改善の実践におけるリード、あるいは関与や補助

    学歴

    高校卒業以上

  • 実務経験

    ・原薬製造の業務経験は問いません。

    (医薬品製造業経験者(特に原薬製造技術やプロセス分野における基礎知識)が望ましい)

    スキル

    GMPに関する知識

    Microsoft Office(Word, Excelなど)の基本スキル

  • 資格

    危険物取扱者が望ましい

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

  • Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
