職務内容
新製品(COVID-19ワクチン)を含むワクチン原薬製造における総括責任者として、組織の管理・監督を担っていただきます。主な業務は以下の通りです:
製造業務の統括・管理 生物学的製剤の培養・精製工程の管理、製造工程や設備のバリデーション/クオリフィケーションの計画・進捗管理、製造関連ドキュメントの作成
組織運営と人材マネジメント 部門のKPI・予算管理、人材育成、チームサポート、教育管理
品質・GMP対応 GMP文書管理、逸脱・変更管理、当局査察対応およびその指揮・調整
課題解決と継続的改善 製造に関する現状および潜在的課題の解決、技術改善、原価低減・合理化の推進、生産トラブルへの対応
