業務内容


健康保険関連の各種サービスを運用するためのサポート業務全般を担当していただきたいと考えております。

※請求書発行ツールには、マネーフォワードを利用しております。

  • 健康診断の予約代行業務(医療機関への架電)
  • 受電対応(事業所や医療機関からの問い合わせ)
  • 各種データ入力・作成
  • 請求書作成
  • その他、事業運営に関わる庶務業務

  • 事業について

  • 既存クライアントである健康保険組合様との取引活性化の他、将来的にはBtoBとして事業会社向けのサービスも開発していく予定となります。

  • 今回募集するのは渉外担当ですが、経験を積み、事業全体への理解が深まった際には、将来的に事業開発や経営管理を目指していけるポジションとなります。

【必須スキル・経験】

  • 事務系統職種での業務経験をお持ちの方:3年以上
  • データ入力や受発注管理などの、細かい作業が必要となる業務のご経験
  • Excelスキル
  • 基本的な関数処理(VLOOKUP、COUTIFSなど)
  • ネスト(関数の入れ子)
  • ピボットテーブル

【歓迎するスキル・経験】

  • 簿記3級以上(主催団体問わず)
  • ドキュメント管理や議事録作成など、文書にまつわる業務のご経験

給与(想定年収)


年収312~348万円(想定年収)

※スキル、経験を考慮した上で年俸額を決定します

※月45時間の見込み残業代を含む

※基本的には正社員登用を前提とした契約社員スタートとなります
