お客様企業の事務処理を、代理で行うお仕事です。Excelや社内システムを使ったデータ入力・登録作業が中心で、週5日・9時00分~17時30分、土日祝休みの勤務です。

物品の貸出や出入り室カードの登録

仕事内容


お客様企業の事務処理を代理で行っていただきます

主にExcelやシステムを使って、データを入力・登録するお仕事です。

※電話対応はありません

  • お仕事のイメージ

1、「この物品を借りたいです」とメールが届いたら・・・

  • 依頼のあった物品の在庫があるかどうかを確認
  • Excelやシステムに予約情報を入力し、依頼者へ

予約受付完了メールを送信をして終了

2、オフィスの出入室カードの追加や削除の登録

  • 登録に必要なデータが届くので、システムを使って

追加や削除の登録をして終了
