viviONのVTuber事業部門のミッションは、「ユーザーとクリエイターが楽しみながら生きていける社会にする」というパーパス達成のために、「あおぎり高校」をはじめとするVTuberプロダクションを新規事業として、収益化を加速させることです。

具体的な業務として、事業計画の策定やプロダクションの収益向上につながる新規施策の立案と実行を担います。

この事業のマネージャーとして、ビジネスグロース領域の中核を担い、事業推進と発展に取り組んでください。

【VTuber事業マネージャー候補】 は、当該事業のBizDev機能を担当し、事業全体の成長戦略を共に構想し、その計画立案から具体的な実行、進捗管理までを一貫して推進するポジションです。

単なる収益最大化だけでなく、事業責任者として必要な管理会計や非収益KPIの設定にも携わり、ビジネス基盤を強固にする役割も期待されます。

また、ロジカルシンキングを持ちつつも、変化や不確実性を受け入れられる柔軟な思考も求められます。

現在、VTuber事業は既に立ち上がり、順調に成長しているフェーズにありますが、組織機能としてはまだ未分化な部分が残っています。

特に、プロダクションの収益を最大化するための緻密な計画策定と、それをリカバリーする実行力が不足しています。

今後、V領域の注目度がさらに高まる中で、中長期的な成長を確実なものにするため、「110」へのグロースを牽引できるBizDev経験者を増員し、体制強化を図ります。

  • 業務内容

・VTuber事業の年間・四半期ビジネスグロース計画の策定と、進捗管理

・プロダクションの収益向上に直結する新規施策の立案と実行(事業開発、アライアンスなど)

・タレントビジネス特有の課題に対する、答えのない状況下での解決策の探索と実行

・事業責任者視点での管理会計およびPL(損益計算書)の分析、原価構造の最適化

・営業売上以外のKPI(視聴者定着率、コミュニティ活性度など)の設計と運用管理

・社内ステークホルダー(事業部、開発部、マーケティング部など)との折衝と、プロジェクト推進

・(将来的に)チームメンバーの育成やマネジメントへの参画

求める人物像


【 必要な条件/経験 】

  • 事業開発/商材の経験

・BizDev(事業開発)における3年以上の実務経験

・無形商材(コンテンツ、ソリューション、サービスなど)の取り扱い経験

  • チーム管理や育成など3年以上のマネジメント経験
  • PL(損益計算書)や原価管理の基礎知識があり、事業責任者として数字に基づいた意思決定を行った経験

【 望ましい経験/スキル 】

・新規事業立ち上げの経験、またはそれに準ずるゼロイチでの推進経験

・toC商材を扱う企業での就業経験

・大企業を含む社内外ステークホルダーとの折衝経験、またはクライアント対応の経験

・起業経験や、高い実行力を示す実績

・原価やPLが読めるレベルの会計知識、および事業責任者として数字を見て推進した経験

上記の年収額は、弊社における平均的な残業時間である20時間/月の残業代12ヶ月分と、

賞与2回分をそれぞれ1ヶ月分の給与が支給された場合の合計金額となります。

※企画型裁量労働の場合

企画業務型裁量労働制の適用対象となり、給与は年俸制で、月給×12ヶ月分が想定年収となります。
