【業務内容】
お客さまからのお問い合わせ受付や、データ入力のお仕事をお願いします。
質問に対して、マニュアルに沿って回答 → 専用システムへカンタン入力
具体的には…
お問い合わせ頂いた方の「氏名」「生年月日」「問い合わせ内容の詳細」などを確認します。
「どのように話をすればいいのか?」などは、全てトークスクリプトを読めば分かるのでご安心ください*
★電話の発信はなし 受電のみのお仕事です。
入力も文字や数字の入力、項目のチェックなどのカンタン作業
仕事でパソコンを使ったことがない方でも問題ございません*
