We're looking for an experienced Backend Developer to design, build, and operate scalable web systems. You'll work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver stable, high-performance services.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy backend systems
- Collaborate with Product, internal teams, and upstream/downstream systems
- Monitor system stability and performance
- Improve architecture through refactoring and optimization
- Troubleshoot production issues
Required Experience
- 5+ years of Java backend development (Spring / Play Framework)
- Web application development and operations experience
- Unit testing with JUnit
- RESTful API & GraphQL development
- RDBMS experience (3+ years)
- Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Git or SVN version control
- Linux/Unix and web servers (Apache, Nginx)
- Knowledge of web security
- Strong documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Redis, Kafka, MQ, or other NoSQL / caching technologies
- CI/CD & DevOps tools (Jenkins, CircleCI)
- Performance and stress testing
- System scalability & operations experience
