現場の作業衆が、安全にかつ手際よく働けるよう「段取り」を整えていただく

<段取りの内訳とは…>

・職人衆の「日程表」の作成

・現場を巡り、万が一に備えた安全見回り

・工事現場にて、写し絵を取り記す

・図面の作成を、ソフトなる道具を使いて行う

いずれの役目も、これまでの心得なき者とて、

難儀なく始められるものばかりゆえ、 未熟者も心安らかに参られよ♪

週5・日々8刻、月給27万より始まるこの役職にて、

新たなる道を切り開き、 その名を世に知らしめぬか?

固定時間制

08:00~17:00

実働時間:8時間/日

休憩時間:1時間

プロジェクトによって変更する場合もございます。

・働く地は、東京都港区西新橋なり。

現場によって、勤める場所は移ろうことあり。

主な現場は、東京区内か、東京都周辺にござる。

・転勤の憂いは一切なし。

・分煙、禁煙オフィス、屋外に喫煙所を設けたり。

アクセス:

「虎ノ門ヒルズ駅」より徒歩にてわずか1分の距離にござる。

「各線新橋駅」からも、歩を進めれば5分足らずで到着いたす

給与:

月給27万円~46万5000円+各種手当

※経験・能力を考慮して、加給します。

※上記には固定残業代(50.300円~/30時間分)を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

※各勤務地の最低賃金を下回ることはありません。

※日・祝給与UP

※未経験であっても月給30万円以上稼ぐことも可能

<残業は少なめです>

残業月20時間以内に収まることがほとんどですが、進捗により残業が増えることもあるため、

固定残業代を設定しています。必ずしも毎月30時間の残業にはなりません。

※試用期間中:月給26万円(固定残業代48.400円~/30時間分を含む。超過分は別途支給。)

420万円(24歳/入社1年)

540万円(28歳/入社3年)

720万円(48歳/入社8年)
