最近では、DXを視野に入れたお客様の業務の改善や効率化、生産性の向上などを目的とする自社製品の開発にも力を注いでいます。
今回は、FA(ファクトリーオートメーション)分野の事業拡大に伴い、新たな仲間を募集いたします。

仕事内容
次世代の工場を対象としたFA機器のソフトウェア開発業務です。
社内研修後、OJTによる指導の下で開発製品のテストや評価などの業務からスタートいただきます。
スキルアップを目指す方には、開発、設計、マネジメント、顧客折衝等、さまざまなフィールドで活躍できる環境があります。
新しいものを世の中に作り出していく、やりがいのあるお仕事です。

・産業用ロボットのGUI及び周辺ソフトウェア開発
・FA制御機器のファームウェア開発
・FA監視システム開発
・製造ラインの制御システム、アプリ開発 等
【開発言語・環境(例)】
・C C++ C Ruby ラダー 等
・VisualStudio Eclipse 等
【充実した研修制度】
入社後、人材の適正や能力を考慮し、最大6ヶ月間の研修を行います。
(前半3ヶ月は基礎研修、後半3ヶ月はソフト開発のエキスパート研修)

勤務時間
9:00~18:00
休日休暇
年間休日:120日
完全週休2日制 (休日:土、日、祝日、社内カレンダーに準ずる)
※年6・7回程度土曜出社あり
有給休暇(半日単位)、夏季休暇・年末年始休暇(一部計画年休)、慶弔休暇、特別休暇、産前・産後休暇、育児休暇、介護休暇、看護休暇、結婚休暇
※有給取得率 90%以上、育児休暇取得実績あり。
給与
月給制 225,000円~300,000円
※経験・能力等考慮の上、給与金額を決定させて頂きます。
賞与
賞与年2回(夏・冬) ※月給制の場合

外部技術研修制度等
