提案営業の募集です

「株式会社E.G.T.」は、今話題の生成AIを活用した、法人向けの研修サービスを展開している会社です。

「AIなんて難しそう…」と思いましたか? 大丈夫です

現在活躍しているメンバーも、最初は知識ゼロからスタートしました。

今回は、営業経験が浅い方や、IT業界初めての方も大歓迎

お客様の「業務を効率化したい」という悩みに寄り添い、私たちの研修サービスを提案してください。

【この仕事の3つの「安心」】

  1. 無理な売り込みは不要

商談相手は、すでに興味を持ってくださっているお客様だけ。

別の担当チーム(インサイドセールス)がアポイントを取ってくれるので、あなたは「商談」に集中できます。

テレアポや飛び込み営業はありません。

最初は先輩の商談に同席することから始めましょう。

【具体的な業務内容】

基本的にはWeb会議を使ったオンライン商談がメインです。

・お客様へのヒアリング(経営課題や業務の悩みを聞く)

・生成AI研修サービスのご案内、デモンストレーション

・見積書の作成、契約の手続き

・導入後のフォロー連携

これからの時代、どの業界でも必須となる「生成AI」の最新知識が、働きながら自然と身につきます。

・法人営業経験1年以上(商材や業界は問いません有形・無形も不問です)

・基本的なITリテラシー

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

9:00~18:00

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 21万9000円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万1000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり24時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

給与例

  • 1年目:338万円(月給26万の場合)

基本給312万円+賞与26万円

  • 3年目(次長職):566万円(月給26万の場合)

基本給312万円+役職手当168万円+賞与26万円+インセンティブ60万円
