仕事内容:

あなたには、当社の正社員が勤務している複数の派遣先の現場をを巡回しながら、現場が安定して回るための「課題の発見」と「改善」をリードしていただきます。

現場にずっと常駐するのではなく、各現場の状況に応じて入り方を変えながら運営を支えていく役割です。

▼主な業務内容

・現場の稼働状況の把握(人員配置・作業進捗・雰囲気などの確認)

・現場で働く日本人/外国人スタッフとの面談・ヒアリング

・課題の整理と改善提案(作業手順・連携方法・コミュニケーションなど)

・クライアント企業との報告/調整/改善内容の提案

・改善施策の実行支援 / 効果検証

・新しい現場立ち上げ時の運営サポート

現場によって課題は様々です。

例えば、

「新人教育でつまづきが出ている」

「人と人の連携がうまくいっていない」

「作業効率が上がらない」

など、原因はさまざま。

あなたには、現場の空気・人の動き・工程の流れを実際に見て、課題の"核心"をつかむ力が求められます。

▼現場の巡回スタイル

・基本は 近隣エリアを中心に複数現場を担当

・課題が大きい現場には 集中的に入りサポート

・改善が進んだ現場は 必要に応じてフォローのみ

"入り込んで整える → 安定してきたら次の現場へ"

というスタイルなので、仕事に飽きが来ません。
