【職務内容/ Job Description】

団体業務グループでは、全国約570団体の商工会議所・商工会を対象に、収納業務全般をサポートしています。CCIチャネルが共済事業の運営・営業活動に専念できるよう、全面的なサポートを提供することも私たちの役割です。

収納業務や事務処理の効率化を図ることで、共済関連のプロセスをよりシンプルかつ効率的に進めていくための、オペレーション効率化を目的とした業務改革を主導していただきます。

・生保ビジネスに関するE-to-E 契約者サービス、DX推進・プロセス改善

・お客様の期待を超え、会社収支の安定成長に資する業務変革への分析と提言

・お客様と営業の利便性を改善する業務プロセスや付随業務への提言と実践

【待遇/ Condition】

【賃金】現年収、能力、経験に応じて当社規定により優遇

【勤務時間】

9:00~17:00(休憩12:00~13:00)

フレックスタイムあり

【勤務地/ Work Location】

(雇入れ直後)偕楽オフィス(浅草)または 札幌本社

(変更の範囲)会社の定める就業場所へ異動を命じることがある。
