◆小規模多機能サービス葛西みなみでの介護職◆

Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 通所・短期入所・訪問介護を組み合わせた小規模多機能サービスです。同じご利用者様と継続的に関わることができる環境が特徴です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. ご利用者様の日常生活援助(食事介助、入浴介助、排泄介助等)、健康管理・バイタルチェック、レクリエーション・運動の見守り・促進、記録業務および家族との連絡調整、施設内の環境整備協力を行います。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 手厚い研修制度とOJTでしっかりサポートします。清掃は業者委託で雑務負担を軽減し、リフトなどの補助器具も導入済みです。

勤務時間・曜日:

【日勤】

8:00~15:30(休憩60分)

9:00~17:30(休憩60分)

12:00~20:30(休憩60分)

【夜勤】

16:30~翌9:30(休憩150分)

ご希望に応じて、日勤帯のみ・半日勤務・その他希望時間でのご相談も可能です。週3日以上の勤務が対応可能となります。シフトはご相談に応じます。

試用期間:15時間~30時間

試用期間時給:1,226円

【昇給・賞与】

昇給あり:年間労働数1,920時間に達した翌月から(時給10円~25円)

賞与あり:年2回(7月・12月)※別途規定あり
