仕事内容


設立30年以上 / 試用期間あり

設置済みの自販機へのドリンク補充や、土地や施設のオーナーへの自販機の新規設置提案。補充の仕方やどんな場所に自販機を設置するかはあなた次第。売上や新規設置数に応じてインセンティブを支給するため、未経験入社で年収500万円も可能です。

【具体的な仕事内容は?】

住宅地やオフィス街、商店街などに集中して自販機を設置しており、1日に補充を行うのは20~30台。

  • 自販機へのドリンク補充
  • 売上金・空き缶などの回収
  • 自販機の新規設置提案(週1日程度)

この仕事の4つのポイント

(1)自分のアイデアで「売れる自販機」を作ることができる

(2)自分の担当エリアの売上に応じて手当がアップ

(3)訪問ルートを自分で決めることができるので、自分のペースで働くことができる

(4)研修・同乗指導などがあり、未経験でも安心して働くことができる

ロケーションにあった商品を選択することで、自販機の売上はアップします。売上に応じて手当も増えるので、スタッフは各自で工夫をしています。

また、効率的な訪問ルートを作り、空いた時間に新規開拓をし、契約が決まれば別途インセンティブも支給されます。

・ルートカーの運転にあたり、準中型運転免許が必要になりますので、入社後に取得していただきます(補助金制度あります)

・AT限定の方は、入社後に限定解除をしていただきます。

給与


月給 262,900円 ~ (※想定年収 5,000,000円 ~ )

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 61,900円

みなし残業時間 42時間
