<組織の概要>

システムコンサルティング事業本部には、インダストリーごとの部室や特定の顧客・領域向けの部室があり、本ポジションはご本人の希望やご経験に応じて配属が決定されます。

・金融ITコンサルティング部(金融サービス)

・産業ITコンサルティング一部(製造・SCM)

・産業ITコンサルティング二部(不動産・商社・鉄道、新事業創造・顧客接点変革)

・社会ITコンサルティング部(官庁・自治体・社会インフラ・ヘルスケア)

・関西ITコンサルティング部(関西案件を担当)

・TMXコンサルティング部(モビリティDX・コネクティッド)

・トヨタ支店

・YHプロジェクト室(物流DX)

【具体的な職務内容】

NRIのシステム化構想コンサルティングは、ITを活用した企業の事業変革・業務変革・事業創造を実現するための業務・システム化構想からシステム化計画の策定を支援するサービスです。

企業が安心してシステム設計工程に進め、導入効果を得られるよう、体制、期間、費用、リスク等を想定し、新業務や新システム要件を明文化することを範囲とします。

従って、企業の情報システム部門のみではなく、ユーザー部門も交え、業務改革・システム化推進体制の提言から、業務要件定義やシステム機能定義といった設計を含めた活動までを実施しています。

■仕事内容

・業務・システム(再)構築構想・計画の策定支援

・既存システムの可視化・評価(品質・コスト・活用状況)

・顧客の業界・ビジネスを理解した上で、 デジタルを用いた新たなビジネスモデル・収益モデルの構築、PoC(実証実験)支援

■経験

・コンサルタントもしくはメーカー・SIerのアプリケーション技術者として、企業のシステム開発プロジェクト(特に構想、計画、要件定義工程)にて中核的な役割を果たした経験

・事業会社/金融機関のIT部門の社員として、企業の大規模システム開発プロジェクト(特に構想、計画、要件定義工程)にて中核的な役割を果たした経験

・事業会社の業務部門(販売・マーケティング、物流、製造等)、デジタル推進部門、経営企画部門の社員として、企業の業務改革プロジェクトや新事業開発、システム開発プロジェクト(特に構想、計画、要件定義工程)にて中核的な役割を果たした経験

・事業会社の社員として、海外拠点(販社/工場)へのシステム導入プロジェクトにて中核的な役割を果たした経験

・金融機関の社員として、銀行、証券、保険、ノンバンクのオペレーションにおける特定領域の業務のフロー・プロセスを理解し、その改革業務にて中核的な役割を果たした経験

・事業会社での金融事業立上げに関するシステム開発プロジェクト(特に構想、計画、要件定義工程)において、中核的な役割を果たした経験

・顧客と共にプロダクト開発を前提としたビジネスを推進するコミュニケーション能力

・特定の業務アプリケーションパッケージ製品について、製造元やベンダーと対等に議論、交渉が可能なレベルの製品知識

・顧客となる事業会社の特定業務領域に関する知識・理解
