Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 認知症対応型グループホームです。「認知症になっても、どんな状態になっても特別な生活ではなく、可能な限り当たり前の日常生活を過ごしていただく」ことを大切にしている施設です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. ご入居者の日常生活支援が中心です。起床・就寝支援、食事準備・調理、洗濯・掃除、買い物同行、入浴・排泄介助など、生活に必要な支援を"一緒に"行います。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. はい、大歓迎です。入社時研修では認知症の基礎知識から学び、配属後は先輩職員によるOJT(28日間)で実践的なスキルを習得できます。多くのスタッフが未経験、無資格で入社し活躍しています。

介護の目的は、ご入居者の怪我や病気を治すことではなく、日常生活を支えることです。「メガネ」のような存在として、治せない状態を補って日常生活を送れるようにする支援を行います。

1.充実の教育・研修制度

入社時研修で認知症の基礎知識を習得後、先輩職員による28日間のOJT研修で実践スキルを身につけます。毎月約20種類の選択研修を無料受講でき、介護福祉士合格時は受験費用を会社が負担します。

基本給212,968円

夜勤手当1回あたり5,000円(月給は夜勤6回実施した場合の30,000円含む)

居住支援特別手当20,000円

資格保持者の待遇:

介護の基礎資格(介護職員初任者研修・実務者研修・介護福祉士)をお持ちの方は基本給223,076円

試用期間について:

試用期間中(入社日より3ヶ月経過後の20日まで)は基本給210,056円

入社時OJT期間中に育成担当者とともに夜勤に従事した場合、夜勤手当3,000円/回

その他手当・制度:
