給与:

月給:23万円〜60万円+各種手当

※経験・スキル・単価に応じて決定

※単価開示100%のため、昇給ロジックが明確

【モデル年収】

1年目(未経験):300〜350万円経験

2〜3年目:450〜600万円5年目:600万円以上も可能

昇給(年2回grade査定)

賞与(年4回incentive査定1月4月7月10月)

ボーナス(業績ボーナス年1回)
