Job Description:
Required Skills
- 15+ years of experience in a hands-on technical/development role with extensive experience supporting clients in Japan
- Min 10 years of experience with Salesforce development, including extensive experience in solution design and implementation.
- Min 5 years of experience in Salesforce lightning
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect, or Certified System Architect.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and other development tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology.
- Experience working with onshore/offshore delivery teams
- Experience with multi-org and multilingual Salesforce environments
- Working knowledge of Japanese regulatory or business process frameworks
Language Requirements:
- JLPT N2 or native Japanese speaker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
